Referee Manager

Job Description Overview
        The Referee Manager is responsible for managing the recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance of referees to ensure fair and consistent officiating.
        This role requires strong communication & organizational skills with an understanding of beach volleyball.

Key Responsibilities
        • Referee Recruitment & Training
              Help recruit, and onboard qualified referees.
              Help organize and conduct league training session.
              Ensure referees stay updated on rule changes & comply with complex rules.
        • Scheduling o Develop and manage referee schedules for league games.
              Coordinate assignments based on referee availability & skill level.
        • Performance Management & Support
              Monitor referee performance and provide constructive feedback.
              Address any disputes or concerns related to officiating.
Qualifications
        • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
        • Proficiency with basic office software tools.
        • Ability to handle conflict and resolve disputes diplomatically.
        • Interest in beach volleyball.
        • Collaborative and approachable leadership style.
